Why this exists

It started with a bar in Aveiro that built its shifts by hand. A spreadsheet to lay out the week, a WhatsApp group to hand it round, and the same question every week: who closes on Saturday?

None of that is wrong. It works — right up until someone swaps a shift. From then on there are two versions of the truth, and the one on everybody’s phone is rarely the right one.

What it is

A tool for building and publishing one venue’s weekly shifts. The manager signs in, builds the week, presses publish. Everyone on the team gets a link of their own that opens on their phone with nothing to install and nothing to sign into, showing only shifts that have been published — never a draft.

What it is not

• It is not a clock-in system or attendance tracking.
• It is not payroll.
• It is not another team chat — WhatsApp already exists and works.

It does the shifts. It does them well. That is the whole promise.

Built for Portuguese hours

The difference you notice most is also the dullest to explain: the day ends at 06:00, not at midnight. A shift starting at 21:00 on Friday and finishing at 03:00 on Saturday is a Friday shift, all of it. Every figure in the product — hours, rest between shifts, weekly totals — follows that rule, because that is how people in this trade think.

The rest follows suit: euros, weeks starting on Monday, 24-hour times, Portuguese public holidays already loaded, and the Lisbon timezone — including the two nights a year when the clocks move and a careless week quietly gains or loses an hour.

Privacy

Each worker’s link shows that person’s published shifts and nothing else: not their colleagues, not drafts. A team’s data belongs to the venue that entered it.
